This policy explains how we process personal data in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, “GDPR”).

2. When we process data
This website has no contact forms, no user accounts, no analytics and no advertising tools. We process personal data only when you contact us by email or phone, and in the technical logs needed to deliver the website (see section 5).
3. What data we process
- your name and contact details (email address, phone number);
- the content of your message and any information you choose to share with us, for example about your home or the equipment you are interested in;
- details of our correspondence and any offer or agreement that follows.
4. Purposes and legal bases
- answering your enquiry and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performing a contract: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR;
- our legitimate interest in communicating with people who contact us, keeping records of correspondence and defending legal claims: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR;
- where applicable, compliance with legal obligations, for example accounting and tax rules: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
5. Hosting and technical logs
The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, acting as our processor. When you visit the site, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser user agent, the requested page and the time of the request. This data is used to deliver the website and to protect it against attacks and misuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
6. International transfers
Cloudflare may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Such transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which Cloudflare is certified, and on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Recipients
Your data may be accessed by our hosting and email service providers acting on our instructions, and by public authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.
8. How long we keep data
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting contract. Documents that we must keep under accounting and tax law are kept for the periods those laws require. Technical logs are kept by Cloudflare for a short period in line with its own retention rules.
9. No cookies, no profiling
We do not use cookies, analytics or tracking technologies, we do not create profiles and we do not make decisions based solely on automated processing. See the Cookie Policy.
10. Your rights
Under Art. 15–22 GDPR you have the right to access your data, to rectify it, to have it erased, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on our legitimate interests. To exercise these rights, write to bliskispzoo@gmail.com.
11. Right to complain
You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl.
12. Providing data
Providing data is voluntary, but without contact details we cannot reply to your enquiry.
13. Changes
We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. The current version is always published on this page.
